Dear Kare4You team,
I wanted to write this email to just express how thankful my sister and I are for your work with our mother A W. Specifically I want to draw attention to one of your care workers (Christine) who we feel does a particularly outstanding job. Every time she visits she really spends the time to engage our mum, talking to her and making her feel very comfortable and being aware of her anxieties and needs. While mums decline continues these visits are really helping her settle her for a few hours. I just thought it was worth taking to the time to mention this to you.
