OUR CLIENTS ARE OUR PRIORITY

What is an Apostille?

The Hague Apostille is a document that verifies the authenticity of the document it accompanies. Physically it is an independent sheet that is attached to the public document and that shows the signature and seal that guarantees its legality. This simplified method of legalization was introduced by the “Hague Convention” on October 5th, 1961.

Civil registration documents such as birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates as well as notarized documents, can be apostilled.

On the other hand, to work, travel, adopt, teach English, obtain dual citizenship, or get married abroad, the destination country requests the FBI background check report and its corresponding apostille.

Our company, FBI Apostille Service, specializes in this matter: processing FBI apostilles directly at the United States Department of State, in Washington, DC.

Three easy steps to order an apostille for your FBI report

Step 1: Your first step is obtaining your FBI report or FBI background check.  Contact an FBI Approved Channeller. (List of the Approved Channellers).

Step 2: The FBI Channeler will email you your background check results in PDF format. Please make sure to download and save the PDF file to your computer.

Step 3: You are now ready to place your FBI apostille order here.

Our FBI Apostille Service

We apostille hundreds of FBI background checks every week. We will make sure your forms are filled correctly, go to the right government office, and that you get your documents back on time.

If you are planning on working, living, adopting, getting married, or obtaining dual citizenship in a foreign country, you will need to provide an Apostille on your FBI criminal background check.

We expedite the process by hand-carrying each report to the U.S. Department of State, where we request Apostilles in person. We can obtain the apostille in 2-3 weeks from the day we receive your online order.
